Matilda by Goose Island is a nice Belgium Amber with notes of sweet malt, fruity esters and of course a nice Bretty Funk. I would challenge any wine snood to drink this brew and tell me that “beer is not for me”. This brew would turn anyone over to the amazing world of craft beer. Thanks Matils.
