Goose Island Bourbon Country Stout is a dark, smokey stout with chocolate notes and hints of molasses. They brewed this”liquid black hole” in honor of there 1000th batch at the Goose Island brewpub in Clybourn. This brew is best served in a snifter glass and at 13% ABV can be kept in the cellar for up to five years.
